State’s First Lady to speak at BCC commencement 1700 to graduate June 14
BELLEVUE, WASH. – Washington State’s First Lady, Mrs. Mona Lee Locke, will be the featured speaker at Bellevue Community College’s annual commencement ceremonies June 14.
